We rented from them at ala moana and they took our bouncer down 5 minutes early with kids still inside. We asked for more time but said "NO". Do not recommend! Poor service!

Really good customer service. We used 808 Bounce several times and are always happy with the inflatables. A lot of themes and styles to choose from.
